Return&Exchange Policy

It is sincerely suggested that every customer read the following regulations carefully before purchase:

The delivery guide does not apply to certain selected remote locations as well.

The delivery cost depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the destination, the delivery method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when checkout.


Return items

1. We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. If the customer refuses to sign for the order without reason, viveala.com will refuse to refund.

4. If the customer selects the wrong model, viveala.com reserves the right to refuse a refund.

5. The customer must ensure that the shipping address is true and valid. If the order cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, viveala will refuse to refund.

6. Email us (support@viveala.com) with your tracking number and pictures attached of the received item/package and detailed information to describe the issue. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email on working days usually within 72 hours.

Exchange Service:

1. You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to process the exchange.

2. If the exchange is due to incorrect size or model, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.

3. The product for exchange must be in its original packaging with intact tags. We do not accept products with removed tags.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.



Our Solutions

We'll give you a full refund or exchange if we're responsible for the issue, e.g. quality problems or items missing.

Once your return is received and inspected your refund or exchange will be processed. Most returns or exchange are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. If you require refund, We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. If you require exchange, we'll send out your new product.
